Meet PayRay best Office Manager

Kristina Kuznecoviene is Office Manager of PayRay Bank and the Chairperson of the Employee Council. She is one of the long-standing employees, having joined the PayRay team more than three years ago. Throughout this period, the PayRay team expanded from just a few members to 60, secured a banking license, and continuously broadened its service offerings. Concurrently, the scope of work increased, parallel to the office expansion and evolving employee needs.

Kristina comments: “Even though PayRay is a bank, it doesn’t have the typical routine as traditional banks. Each day here is unique and dynamic, which I thoroughly enjoy. Being a team-oriented person unafraid of challenges, my experience and ability to manage various tasks contribute significantly to the efficiency of our office, fostering a comfortable atmosphere and positive morale among colleagues.”
