What motivates Product Development team and it’s manager?

Darius Mikolaitis joined PayRay Bank team in October 2020. He has been successfully leading the Product Development department since then. Colleagues would agree that Darius is easy to apporach kind of person and the atmosphere he creates makes excellent conditions for the entire team to work effectively. Darius says that he is most motivated by the results attained, growing team and the colleagues: you know that they need help, and you are exactly the person who can provide it!

What functions does the Product Development Department deliver in the bank? “This is a very important department that takes care of the bank’s main systems, functionalities and tools that are used on a daily basis. Product developers maintain, repair and improve them all the time. At PayRay we take clients’ specific needs very seriously and try to make their experience with us as pleasant as possible. Therefore we innovate and simplify the process of funding by implementing new tools and functionalities all the time.”

What do you like most about this job? “Dynamics and never ending improvement. As in all departments of PayRay Bank, every day is different and you learn something new each day. The result of work done is also very satisfying – new products or system functionalities that significantly improve the work of colleagues. Of course, success of projects is only possible with a motivated and united people. Seeing my team develop and grow is one of the greatest things! Thank you team!”
